Origins

Born from the energy of some Milanese entrepreneurs and the creative flair of Oscar Quagliarini, the most talented ‘perfumer bartender’ in Italy and perhaps Europe.
The brand is entirely Made in Italy and celebrates the deepest Italian traditions.

The Gin

Our gin originates from a base of classic dry gin, consisting of a juniper distillate, a coriander extract, cardamom, and a hint of licorice.

Subsequently, after meticulous research into the surrounding Lourdes flora, we have added an iris distillate and a pine extract, plants characteristic of the Pyrenean region.

Finally, a small percentage of distilled seawater is added in order to surprise the palate with an unexpected saltiness and a hint of incense, enhancing the sophistication of the sensory experience.

Thus, HOLYWATERGIN is born.
