THE SPIRIT

In our spirit, the soul is 100% agave—an homage to Mexican tradition. But there’s more: we add cedar essential oil, from the same wood that is still used today to carve the Madonna of Loreto, to evoke in both aroma and flavor a subtle smoky nuance—an olfactory memory of the 1921 fire.

The color? A deep, intense red, achieved through a hibiscus infusion, inspired by Agua de Jamaica, Mexico’s refreshing and iconic drink. Hibiscus gives the liquid a sweet-and-tart note and a visual beauty that speaks of passion, faith, and roots. AGAVESANTA: where the sacred meets the spirit, and memory becomes flavor.
