THE GIN

Our gin originates from a base of classic dry gin, consisting of a juniper distillate, a coriander extract, cardamom, and a hint of licorice. Subsequently, after meticulous research into the surrounding Lourdes flora, we have added an iris distillate and a pine extract, plants characteristic of the Pyrenean region.

Finally, a small percentage of distilled seawater is added in order to surprise the palate with an unexpected saltiness and a hint of incense, enhancing the sophistication of the sensory experience.

Thus, HOLYWATERGIN is born.
