THE GIN

It begins with the base of a classic dry gin, made from a juniper distillate, coriander extract, cardamom, and a hint of licorice. Then, after careful research into the flora around Lourdes, we added an iris distillate and a pine extract—plants typical of the Pyrenees region.

To finish, a small percentage of distilled seawater surprises the palate with an unexpected savory note, while a touch of incense elevates the refinement of the sensory experience.

This is how HOLYWATERGIN appears.
