THE GIN
Holywatergin Gold Edition is born from a classic dry gin base made with juniper distillate, coriander extract, cardamom and a touch of liquorice.
Then, after careful research into the flora surrounding Lourdes, we added an iris distillate and a pine extract: plants characteristic of the Pyrenees region.
A small percentage of distilled seawater surprises the palate with an unexpected salinity, while a hint of incense lends even greater refinement to the sensory experience.
Finally, ultra-fine 24-carat gold dust celebrates a ritual transformed into spirit.
